Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I have transitional experience with three different companies from a payroll system to Paycom. Each transition was exceptional. The Paycom Team worked hand in hand with us every step of the way. Once we transitioned, the Paycom Team continued their availability. The time and money we save from our employees doing their payroll (Beti) is valuable. Our Payroll Team has saved so many hours doing payroll that it has smoothed our other processes and they are accomplishing so much more in other areas. By having the integrated Paycom system, from sourcing to termination has never been easier. No dual entry systems, or spreadsheets. The Tax Credit will almost pay for the Paycom system.
- Organizes and Manages payroll data with ease.
- The Paycom Support Teams are incredible.
- Easy to use.
- In displaying the effective dates for pay rates, it would seem more beneficial to display them on Form 1 rather than selecting another area to review the effective date.
- COBRA - Generating COBRA should come in as a notification if we forget to do it after we submit a PAF. Extra layer of protection that COBRA does get generated.
- Being able to export all courses in Paycom, in order to see a full list of course. names
- Reduced our administrative costs.
- Saved our Payroll Team and duplication.
- Tax Credit almost pays for our system.
Paycom far out performs any other HR/Payroll Systems I have used.
