Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I absolutely love Paycom. I have worked with them at 2 different employers, and they will forever be my number 1 choice. Implementation was made so easy. Customer Service is wonderful and can actually help me to get any problems I may have solved quickly. They have improved our entire Payroll process and has made all of our employees so happy!

In my opinion, UKG and ADP our the worst products, customer service is terrible. They could literally pay me to use their product and I would still choose Paycom over them. Paylocity was our number 2 pick. They seemed like they could have done an ok job, but Paycoms ease and understanding of our sensitive issues was just better.
