Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom as our payroll manager including time keeping, direct deposit, insurance selections, 401k selections and taxes compliance. Prior to using Paycom we were managing our Payroll in house using manual processes. During our transition to Paycom we realize doing manual processes was not always the most efficient and/or accurate.
- Time keeping for employees
- Preview of paychecks
- Integration with other platforms (ie. 401k)
- Some admin functions are a little "clunky" in my opinion but you can still quickly navigate most
- Going from weekly payroll to bi-weekly payroll has saved imense time
- Paycom has saved hours each week for our Payroll Specialist
- Paycom has given our administration peace of mind knowing things are done correctly.
Paycom had less to offer than these other providers in my opinion, but for the dollar amount and the service we received Paycom was the right fit.
