Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We currently use Paycom to process payroll for 7 companies. Paycom has allowed us to streamline a lot of the hiring process we were still comletely on paper. It also gives our employees the opportunity to be active in approving their hours and checks.

Pros

  • Implementation was painless
  • Team members are readily available to help
  • The help section within their software is amazing

Cons

  • Our implementation has been very easy and successful, even doing all 7 companies at once.
  • Paycom has given our HR team more time to work in areas other than time and payroll.
Very satisfied with implementation. Our team was active and available.
The paycom system offers much more than Netchex. The customer service is also better.

Paycom is a great asset to any company that is growing or has multiple entities and process multiple payrol schedules. The system is user friendly and being able to build your own package to meet your needs from the many modules available makes the system work for you.
