Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom for all of our HRIS and payroll needs. The product appears to cover the basics, and we appreciate the way the system functions. The customer service is getting better. However, we typically only reach out to Paycom when we encounter issues, and sometimes it takes longer than we would like for them to resolve the problems.
Pros
- The system talks in the modules.
- Only have to enter the EE info one time.
- We have a dedicated specialist.
Cons
- Customer service can be hit or miss.
- No compensation analyst, have to use an outside vendor.
- Survey module does not have the features to give us feedback or do comparisons, had to use an outside vendor.
- Reduced errors as we can make EE changes through PAFs with workflow approvals.
I was not employed by my company before we started using Paycom.
We no longer have to enter EE data into multiple systems.
