Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We mostly use Paycom for payroll, time, and attendance. We just started implementing time tracking for most of our employees, and Paycom has been a huge help in bridging that gap and getting our people trained and set up to do so. We will soon roll out some performance and applicant tracking features.

Allowing our benefits to talk to the platform has been great. Allowing people to make edits on their side and it be reflected has taken a lot off our plates. Having a single support team, or not having to worry about being connected to different support centers, has been helpful.
It has almost completely taken payroll off my plate, as well as making minor employee edits to their details.
The level of support is not comparable. It's been great with Paycom.
