Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I am a Recruiter that uses the Talent Acquisition section of Paycom for our Applicant Tracking System. It allows me to keep a record of all of the company's open positions and funnel the applicants and candidates into one place to review and take through the hiring process.
Pros
- Providing a singular platform for employee services
- Paycom is generally user friendly and easy to navigate
Cons
- The Talent Acquisition section can be hard to personalize, such as requisition approval being clunky and we can't have approvals sent to more than one person at a time
- It can be hard to train a general user who only needs limited functionality versus someone who uses Paycom daily
- The sections don't always communicate with each other. For example, a requisition that has an accepted offer (outside of Paycom) doesn't connect to the position management
- I haven't used it long enough to provide data on this
I do like the single software solution versus having to manage tasks in different systems
I haven't had to use any of the automated features yet
I have not yet used this function
For the applicant tracking system, each system has its own pros and cons.
