Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We currently have all the modules from Paylocity and we encounter problems where we ask them to enhance their products. We have asked for us to be a Beta Company since our enhancements are needed to move forward with the day to day items in our organization. Overall we have received good service from them, but the turnaround from their employees had been a detriment with our Benefits module. I think at this time we have had about 4-5 different members of their teams. We also purchased the Compensation module and the representative who was assigned to us, was not extremely helpful. She just wanted us to build the module and we expected her to assist us with it. It is concerning that in this event there is a segment for Trust, but we are losing trust in Paylocity with the service we are receiving. We need capable representatives to continue with the products.

  • List of items that are enhancements either from our company or all clients this way we don't repeat or we know that it is in the works
  • Recruitment - Process of going online vs. doing it on paper
  • Onboarding - It has all been automated it has bee perfect!
  • Benefits - Open Enrollment! Automated! YEAY!
As stated before, Onboarding, Recruitment, and Benefits Enrollment have all been automated and it has been much easier and time-saving. There are still some things that we would like to enhance in each of the modules, but overall it has been fantastic!
The employees love doing those, but it would be nice if you can explain to the employees that indeed surveys are confidential!
The reason we went to Paylocity is that you are still in the process of working with your developers to change the system and HR is evolving as we go!

The best part about Paylocity is that it is everchanging and things are changing vs. other HRIS systems they are the same and don't change their products often.
