Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We switched to Paylocity in July 2022. Our old system was cumbersome and not user-friendly. Paylocity offered us a new, modern-looking platform that could help us with payroll, time & labor, benefits, and time off tracking. One major highlight was the 360-degree file feed integration with our 401k provider. This one feature eliminated countless steps and decreased the chance for human error as the employee's changes on the website feed directly to Paylocity and are automatically updated.

- Reacts quickly to issues and gets to the root of a problem.

- Implementation consolidation needs help. They could benefit from a project manager overseeing all parts of a new client's implementation.
- When selling their features, they are not totally upfront about its capabilities or they mislead you to think the system will do exactly what you need it to do.
- Hard to access your direct account manager, even though they sell it as this is always your point of contact.

Paylocity's tools have made it easier to update many things at once and have allowed us to push things down to the manager level. Its user-friendly software has been a game changer for our organization.
While we are just getting started using the surveys and community, we can tell it will only help to enhance our overall employee engagement.
Overall Paylocity had the look and feel of a new, modern platform with all the bells and whistles. It's exciting to have a product that is living up to its promises.
