Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Currently I use Paylocity for payroll, recruiting and new hires

I like how seamless the new look of payroll is. The new features, and the easy to read batch area make for less errors. It appears that Paylocity is taking on that look throughout the entire platform.
Paylocity’s employee engagement tools is very new to our organization. We began using the feature. We typically use it for announcements; such as birthdays and anniversaries. We also use it to announce costume contests and other holiday activities.

Yes

I began using Paylocity in January. I was on the phone with support at least 3 times a week. Pretty much everyone was very helpful. I would have to say that if a member of the support team doesn't have the answer they usually does not ask for help. Most of the time you will need to call back and get someone who actually has the answer.

For the most part it has been easy to pick up on.

Paylocity Support

I rated a 7 because when calling in for support you really can never gage how helpful the person is going to be. I have had some amazing people help me and I've had some that give the wrong information.
Anytime I call and speak to Sequoia the service is always top tier. She knows her stuff!
