Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io

We use Pendo.io in our company for three things: product analytics, in-app engagement and feedback collection. Within prodcut analytics, Pendo.io helps us with data on different metrics like Adoption, Stickiness, Growth etc. Within in-app engagement, Pendo.io helps us with what workflows or user engagement flows perform best or worst. Within feedback collection, Pendo.io helps us gather intel and feedback from customers so we can iterate on next set of activities.

The user interface of Pendo.io is easy to learn, easy to use and it seamlessly integrates with our available tech stack. For a newbie on the platform, he can self-onboard and self-learn in matter of hours and days, if not in minutes. The tooltip, documentation guide users wherever they are stuck.
Pendo.io has better brand value, brand recall, brand recognition and better trust factor compared to its competitors. Also, the leadership as well as product team has hands-on previous relevant experience using this tool which helped us make the decision. The customer support of Pendo.io also were effective story tellers and navigated through multiple use cases which made it even easier for us to take a call.

Pendo.io is well suited for companies who are into or want to transition into PLG (Product Led growth) and thus want to measure product analytics while having visibility on their North Star metric. It may be well suited if product is not ready yet or its a B2C product or the company is cost-conscious.
