Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We utilize Procore for all of our Multifamily construction projects. It is used for day to dya tracking of jobsite manpower counts, RFi's, Submittals as well as all cost issues. We also utilize it for creating our commitments with each of our subcontractors. It is also a helpful tool to have a place to upload all photos from the project in one spot.
  • Change management.
  • Daily log reporting.
  • Photo storage.
  • RFI/Submittals.
  • Document control.
  • Punchlist.
  • Private photo albums.
  • Daily Log entries by subcontractors.
  • Save time.
  • Increase efficiency.
We have not integrated any other 3rd party software's.
It has increased our speed tremendously, it is very beneficial to be able to carry over the logs from the prior day as the same tasks are typically carried over. It is also nice because you can have subcontractors enter their own logs for you to approve.

Do you think Procore delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Procore's feature set?

Yes

Did Procore live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Procore go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Procore again?

Yes

It is more suitable for large scale construction projects, I am not sure how effective it would be on smaller projects like residential. This also works great for larger scale projects with multiple scopes, I am not sure how it would work for a specialty contractor who only typically has one scope of work.

Yes - The mobile app is very handy. However they just got rid of the function to print PDF copies of documents from the App which has become a large problem for us.
