Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We are a General Contractor in the institutional and commercial sector specialist in Bâtiment (Buildings)Procore is our main collaborator on managing, tracking, and [evaluating the health of our projects]. who
have workflows settled for submission, approbation, and distribution
requirements. The pre-set workflows help to reduce non-productive activities
and the missing actions or information’s during the approbation cycle. With
Procore, we manage our KPI for our teams as for the professionals and
subcontractors. All project activities are under control.

Procore has impacted in a positive way the follow and tracking of ours site
activities, equipment, weather, visitors, etc Our monthly stats have improved. They are more clear and supported by the site information
But, we have a limitation because we can't not add comments by location for the same company
We have implemented a training program that helps our team to get a better performance using Procore. We support all our employees and subcontractor with extra time and documentation (instructions and procedures) in order to improve the kind of information we register into Procore. We have implemented internal audits, in order to assure the control and maintain the quality veracity of ours project information

Because currently we a lot of issues that have not been resolve by Procore technical support. Capitals ones. Like Bult edition, BIM and Coordination reading and not conformities, custom reports, etc. Our projecty become bigger and bigger and we don't know if Procore will be able tu support our data and give us solutions. For now very important items are unsolved. Saddly

Not, I don't know why existe a Premium level for support if we paid the same in order to hava a service. It is starting to be a discrimination scale of business?
I don't understand the point. Why would exist such a service? It is not a Disney park. Is a business plateforme
Yes - Most of time is not resolved. If it is, it takes weeks.
As mention before, we have a lot of issues not resolved.

It was friendly and clair
At the beegining we get aswerd all the question,. It was deteriorating with time. We get bigger projects and Procore has difficulties to resolve ours issues. Now.
The answer is always that the solution is not on ther developpement Map

Yes - Many of those new releases are able only in USA, in canada it seems not be a priority to get the developpement.
