Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

I use QuickBooks online for my small business as my accounting software. I also use it as the Accountant/Bookkeeper for several other small businesses to process their payroll & bookkeeping. I use the full product including payroll & time and attendance, with bookkeeping on a daily basis. I request my clients set up their businesses with QuickBooks to make processing easier.

Customer support and the product are overall better and easier to work with than ADP. I have worked with both programs for the same amount of years and I find that QuickBooks is easier to work with than ADP. Easier to understand and not time-consuming to learn as ADP.

Using QuickBooks has made my work life easier since I am not taking so much time trying to configure the system to do what I need to do weekly for payroll. I also spend less time on the phone with customer service than I have with other software that I use just as much.
I have had great customer service the two times that I have called QuickBooks. I didn't have to sit on hold for a long period of time. I was able to tell them the issue, and they were able to resolve it in a timely fashion and it was the right answer, instead of having to call back due to receiving inaccurate information.
QuickBooks is really good for small business to manage their financial records, along with their employee's pay. They also do a great job at paying the taxes for payroll and sending notices to customers and myself of tasks that need to be completed or started. It also downloads our banking information automatically so I don't have to remember to do so myself.
