Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

Many problems with Quickbooks online: 1. Even though Quickbooks receives a payment and deposits it into our account, it will not show it as "deposited." 2. To get help, I pushed the "chat" button; got a chat person from Intuit, and he/she refused to help me because we are a nonprofit and not a "merchant." 3. The program will not let you charge the "customers" (members of the homeowners association) for the 10% ACH fee, so I have to pay for it myself. 4. There are no instructions on how to use the program. This was supposed to save me time, and it doesn't, and it doesn't work well at all.
  • Send out invoices
  • reconcile with bank
  • none other
  • Have an instruction manual
  • Allow for nonprofits to have its members/customers pay for the ACH service
  • Have a real help button for chat that works!
  • All negative. It take more time to use than doing it by hand.
  • Negative: I have to pay $279 per year and personally pay for all ACH service fees, when I could do it faster by hand and mail.
  • Chat help is terrible. I am now on my third chat person while typing this review.

Bad help; no instructions; some features, like depositing, do not work. No ability for a nonprofit to charge customers for the ACH fee, even though it is for their convenience.
I have been on "chat" with the third chatter for an hour. Still no answer to a basic question.
Great for sending a mass email for dues (pledges in Quickbook speak). Reconciles well with the bank, except some payments never show as-deposited, even though Quickbooks itself made the deposits.
