Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks Online for all our accounting. We mostly use it due to being able to integrate with many other software packages out there. Cloud is great for our accounting staff to be able to access from in the office or from at home. Overall its a great and easy to use product.

Pros

  • Integration with other software
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Pre configuration options

Cons

  • Would like to see separate areas for Subcontractors
  • Has some issues with loading in certain browsers
  • Has a few hiccups when trying to set up integrations with other software (especially taxes)
  • Saves time
  • Easy to see where everything stands
  • Simple Payroll system
Overall QuickBooks Online is easy to use compared to most of the other software we have used over the years. Also has made payroll much easier to complete with the integrations with our other management software, especially with time tracking.
Much simpler program and easy to use for the accounting staff for their work.

Great for integrating with other software out there. QuickBooks Online integrates with almost everything. Great for being able to access it from anywhere, where are old sage 50 software had to be accessed always from the office. Great for a small business needs and not overly complicated to set up and get going.
