Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We are using Rippling as an all-in-one, easy-to-use system for payroll, to request time off, for time & attendance, as well as a portal for health insurance. It is being used across our whole organization. It has addressed our problem of needing a system that can handle our growing business.
- Payroll is quick & simple.
- It is very easy for me to fill out my timecards.
- Everything is right in the dashboard - great interface.
- The "Time & Attendance" feature is not as streamlined/simple as I would like.
- It would be nice to have the ability to get paid a portion of a paycheck earlier like our last system.
- It is hard to fill out my timecard on my phone.
- Helped me stay organized by sending useful reminders.
- Saves me time when marking time & attendance.
- Allowed our organization to have one portal for our needs.
Rippling is much easier to use than similar products my company used in the past. Having everything I need in one dashboard & having the personal apps help save me time & stay organized. I'm more efficient using Rippling & it is very user-friendly.
