Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We are using Rippling as an all-in-one, easy-to-use system for payroll, to request time off, for time & attendance, as well as a portal for health insurance. It is being used across our whole organization. It has addressed our problem of needing a system that can handle our growing business.
  • Payroll is quick & simple.
  • It is very easy for me to fill out my timecards.
  • Everything is right in the dashboard - great interface.
  • The "Time & Attendance" feature is not as streamlined/simple as I would like.
  • It would be nice to have the ability to get paid a portion of a paycheck earlier like our last system.
  • It is hard to fill out my timecard on my phone.
  • Helped me stay organized by sending useful reminders.
  • Saves me time when marking time & attendance.
  • Allowed our organization to have one portal for our needs.
Rippling is much easier to use than similar products my company used in the past. Having everything I need in one dashboard & having the personal apps help save me time & stay organized. I'm more efficient using Rippling & it is very user-friendly.
Any time I've had a need, it has been promptly addressed.

Rippling is very easy to use on my desktop computer. It leaves much to be desired on my iPhone. It was very hard for me to navigate on my iPhone, so I don't even try anymore. I'll only use Rippling on my desktop because of how clunky it was on my phone.
Rippling is easy to use! It has everything that I need right in the dashboard. I'm no longer having to jump to different websites or different portals. Payroll, time off, time & attendance, insurance, etc. are all right there when I log in. Rippling is great for organizations that want their employees to have an easy-to-use website for Human Resources types of tasks.
