Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It is being used across the entire org from payroll to benefits to org charts. It allows employees to go to one central place. The system is super intuitive to use!
  • layout and format is sleek and intuitive to use
  • it guides the user through the necessary steps needed to perform an action
  • org chart is interactive and has multiple ways to view - which is super helpful as a new employee
  • the dashboard and to-do list are super helpful - makes me feel at ease knowing that I completed everything I needed to complete
  • Nothing really, maybe allow the customer to add company-specific touches like "theme" or logos
  • NA - I do not have sight on the business objectives in my current role

Super intuitive and easy to use!
Honestly - I have been in other HR support platforms at previous employers and Rippling is by far the best! I love the clean, sleek look and setup. The way Rippling is able to compare my current insurance plans to the new ones available to me made the selection process super easy.
