450 - All our staff uses Rippling to some extent whether it be time off approvals or report writing. Additionally our senior leadership also utilizes reporting function.
3 - My team of 3 manages the system but for the most part it can be run by one person ongoing. We have a Benefits Specialist who manages the benefit side of the system. Some technical skill is required for formula building but it's similar to excel so easy to learn.

It's important for us to have issues resolved in a quick time especially when it comes to payroll. Premium support was necessary for us.
Yes - Bug with HSA however it was identified and fixed quickly by Rippling and they took on the penalty for having to change former payrolls.
Countless times! Some highlights include during our implementation when we had to rush install our benefits portal to serve open enrollment before our contract started in January. Other times have been setting up workflows and formulas. We use them heavy at our company to give information to leaders. Whenever I create an odd workflow or formula I can always double check with the support team. Sometimes even in chat so I can quickly get the fields updated. The turn around time for the support team is exceptional to the point I feel like I always can get my answer within a day or at least details within a day.
