Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for everything from Payroll to HR and Benefits. Our main problem was spending so much time and effort [on] other platforms. We wanted one central platform to manage all of our admin items so we can focus on the right set of problems and challenges to grow our business.

I think the fact that Rippling has all of [its] services on one platform already sets them ahead of ADP and the other products that are out there. With ADP, I had to use one portal for HR, one portal for 401K, three reps for different services, and it just became a headache every time I needed something small to be done. Rippling crushed the competition when it came to ease of use and customer service.
Onboarding was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Brigetta, part of their onboarding team, was particularly great. I have a very difficult schedule, but she was so accommodating and knew the platform in and out. She helped our team get us on the right path quickly, smoothly, and with grace.

The user interface is really easy to use. Going from module to module across payroll, device management, insurance, etc. is very easy to use and intuitive. I think the design of the platform grabs your attention in the right focus areas so you can quickly get what you need [to be] done. Like any platform, there will be a learning curve, but because of the onboarding, usability was so easy after we were complete.
From a payroll and HR standpoint, I believe the platform is head and shoulders above the rest of the competition. We left ADP because of the customer service, and true all-in-one platform. I also believe Rippling is well suited for founders that need to focus on growing their business but still handle the day-to-day operations. Rippling allows you to not focus on the operations as much, and really dive into the growth areas of what your business needs.
