Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has allowed our organization to streamline everything HR-related. From benefits selection to device procurement and new employee onboarding. Rippling is incredibly user-friendly and takes out any of the guesswork of larger HR systems. 10/10 would recommend.

  • The immediate return on investment has been significant as spent on other tools decreased.
The user interface and overall workflow of the Rippling application fare well against Paycor. All integrations that we wanted to incorporate have been seamless. Would certainly recommend it to others.
The help center contains an array of articles and pages and we have been able to find what we are looking for almost immediately. All help articles contain in-depth information and animations.

Rippling is extremely user-friendly and allows for easy navigation for users and administrators. The page layouts and UX design remove much of the guesswork. Integrations with other apps have been seamless.
Rippling is suited to streamline all HR-related activities - from onboarding, benefits, payroll, and device management. Any company looking to go with a one-stop solution would be best suited for Rippling. Companies who already utilize other software solutions to manage HR-related activities can augment their workflows with the modules that Rippling has to offer.
