Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Right now, Rippling is my all-in-one tool for basically all of my administrative tasks at my company. I use it for my choosing my insurance/benefit plans, managing my time off, checking paystubs and other payroll stuff, managing my devices (& other IT related things), single-sign-on for any important apps that we use, and plenty more.
  • It's really intuitive to use
  • The navigation is fast and reliable
  • There are detailed instructions for everything
  • navigating between steps can be a bit tiresome
  • Limited account settings
  • limited notifications
It's not even a competition. Rippling blows Workday out of the water.
The support documentation is comprehensive and their team is very responsive.

The UX is super intuitive. It's fast and responsive. The mobile app actually works.
Rippling is easily the best HR software that I've used. Most previous companies were using Workday, and Rippling blows that out of the water. When I joined the company, onboarding through Rippling was incredibly easy. If I need to check payroll or insurance information, I can do it in minutes.
