Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling as our platform for all things employee management. This includes hiring, onboarding, personnel management, payroll, benefits selection and administration, open enrollment, app management, device management, termination, and more. It's an extraordinary solution for startups. Better, in fact, than every mid- and large-size organization benefits management platform (ADP et al.) that I have used previously. It is VERY simple and mostly hands-off. Basically, get it set up, select/adapt the forms and benefits, and then get running with it. It definitely would support mid- and large organizations and is a much better experience than competitors. Great support, excellent options, and the add-on features are really great.

- Device management is just ok - it doesn't easily fit all of our needs and is not as necessary for us.

- The canned reports could use a little work - they suffice, and we can modify them to our needs, but some accountant-ready reporting would be great.
- Way less expensive than doing it all yourself. The Rippling PEO is awesome - employees love the benefits, and the platform pays for itself in reduced overhead.
- Haven't lost a single applicant in the onboarding process - it's so easy and pain free.
- Took payroll and benefit management off my plate, freeing up hours weekly.
- We have been able to offer a range of benefits that companies our size normally cannot.
It's hard to write a lot here because the competing products just aren't very good. I have used ADP in multiple companies - they are a huge company, and their platform feels like it. ADP is sluggish and ancient, and the benefits management is an afterthought. BambooHR is old school - not easy at all. Gusto is the closest, but Rippling is just a better overall experience. There have been several other platforms in different companies, but to be honest, I can't even remember the names of them because they were so awful I would just ship all my requests to HR and let them deal with the mess. Rippling is great, it has saved me the cost of hiring an HR person, and I have almost everything on auto-pilot. No way I could do that with the competing tools I've used.
