Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My employer uses Rippling as a dashboard for time management, HR tools, insurance information, payroll, and other employee necessities. It also serves as a launch pad for other apps the company uses, and upon onboarding, it tracks and prioritizes new hire tasks and documents. It's a very user friendly all-in-one solution.
  • Information is easy to locate, great user experience.
  • Clear and accessible design--logos, buttons, etc.
  • The alert feature is really handy--I know I'll be emailed when a task is approaching.
  • There is honestly nothing I can think of.
  • It's had no impact that concerns ROI for me.
I have not used other products like Rippling. The closest was a timecard portal used by my previous creative agency, but this was not a full service dashboard.
I've had zero issues with this product, and find it to be a really useful tool for looking through policy documentation, and knowing where it all lives so I can go back and find the information if need be.

UX is very easy and smooth.
Onboarding was really well organized thanks to Rippling, which not only lists out tasks, but dates as well. The only thing I wished could have been there were links to go from task to the doc it was referencing, but that may have been user error. It's also great for understanding healthcare options, and super easy to ask for time off through.
