Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is the foundation of back office functions. Payroll, time off, documents, onboarding, corporate cards, expense management, etc.

We expect to implement device management in the next year as well.

Rippling serves as a very simple and easy to use platform with baseline payroll functionality, while also having an unlimited ceiling for automation and workflows that build off of its data and integrates with other applications. Rare combo for software that works so well at the low and high end of user skill and knowledge.

Cons

  • Corporate card issuance for “card groups” has some friction / quirks
  • Saved thousands of dollars vs old payroll software
  • Saves hours each week on payroll and admin tasks
  • Improves candidate / employee experience - sets us apart

Easy for anyone to navigate, both mobile app used most by employees and admins in web browser.
Most companies would do very well with Rippling. As a specialty trade contractor, I recognize there are some niche cases involving prevailing wage scenarios for example where a industry focused payroll / accounting solution is needed
