Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our primary HRIS.
We leverage the survey tool to keep track of employee satisfaction. The survey tool is valuable to us, in particular the fact that data can be easily viewed sorted by team, and only relevant team data is available to managers.
I also love that I can approve employee requests with one click from my email.
Finally, it's very easy to submit requests.

Rippling is very user friendly and makes sense cost-wise for our organization. It’s so intuitive to use compared to other platforms. It was very quick to get our team up and running. It does what it needs to do in a simple and effective way. It also is customizable to the level we need.

Many HR platforms are so hard to use and feel outdated. Rippling is simple and very user friendly.
Rippling is really great for everything we use it for: employee surveys, benefit management, compliance management, time off requests, and employee management. For a company of our size, it’s the perfect tool for these things. The employee to-do list and automated reminders are especially useful.

We do not use Rippling currently for talent assessment, performance management, etc. We tried to a few years ago but it was a bit more complex than we could handle given the size of our team. I don’t really think this is a Rippling issue though.
