Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We mostly use Rippling for HR Management and Goal Tracking.

Pros

  • Rippling UI is straightforward.
  • Easy to enter and manage employee time off
  • Easy to manage employee Time and Attendance

Cons

  • The Rippling UI, although easy to use, could use some cosmetic updating.
  • It's difficult to distinguish whether you're in the Employee or Admin interface.
  • If you're an admin, it can be difficult to get to the screen where you're entering your personal information, such as time off.
  • We have had a quicker employee turnaround on HR related tasks due to Rippling's ease of use.
  • We have had less questions on how to use our HR software once we implemented Rippling.
  • The employee performance review has become more effiicent and easy to complete.
Rippling is much more straightforward and easy to use compared to the other software we have used in the past, such as ADP Workforce Now.
We haven't had much use for Rippling support, but when we do, they answer our questions quickly and thoroughly.

It's very easy to navigate through Rippling's user interface. This is one of the main selling points of the product.
I have no anxiety with using Rippling. I know if I have to use the Rippling software, I will be able to get to the information I need quickly.
