Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our payroll company. We use it for day off requests, payroll reviews, benefits updates, spend management, and employee directories. It is a very user-friendly interphase and makes all these requests and uses simple with access to their App. Connections to management and executives are seamless, and I find them very accessible.

Pros

  • Shows stubs easily.
  • easy access for requesting time off.
  • Simple to change bank info.
  • Submission for spend management.

Cons

  • More options for medical leave.
  • App is formatted weirdly from website.
  • Simplifies onboarding process.
  • All in one spot for HR.
Rippling is Much more user-friendly.
There are not many issues, but the customer experience team is swift to respond.
