Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

At my company, Rippling is used for human resources and payroll management. Supervisors use Rippling to write reviews for employees, and employees use Rippling to write reviews for themself. The employees at the company often use Rippling to check their by-weekly salary payments. They also use the w-2 forms provided by Rippling for yearly tax filing.

Pros

  • It is easy to write reviews.
  • It is easy to look up pay stubs.
  • It is easy to get W-2 form.
  • It is easy to use Rippling in mobile devices.

Cons

  • Could be easier to create expense reports.
  • Could be easier to find things on the website. A search field would be great.
  • Use face id for 2 factor authentication.
  • efficient human resources management.
  • Easier payroll
  • Easier employee review process.
I think it is easier to use Rippling for companies that have employees in multiple countries. The organization chart in Rippling is great. Payroll is also easier to use. The employee review process is constructive. The prompts that Rippling provides are helpful for both self-reviewing and manager reviewing. Overall, Rippling has more features than Insperity.

Overall, Rippling does its job well, and we expect it to continue doing so. For human resources management, payroll, and employee reviewing, it is pretty easy to do all that. However, I do have problems with it not being easy to find things. A search capability would be invaluable. Additionally, it would be more convenient if it supported Face ID on iPhone.
I recently used Rippling to write a self-review, and I found it very helpful. The prompts provided by Rippling are great. The only thing I do like about Rippling is that it is hard to find things on the website. I think it would be great if it let users search for things they are looking for.
