Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to process payroll and all things financial. Rippling is giving us visibility into spend/expense analytics that we've never had. It's AMAZING. We also went from manual/hard copy expense management to digital 100% with Rippling. The platform is almost TOO easy to use, both as an admin and as an employee. The company is very active with improvements. The dedicated account team is fantastic. We have automated SO many manual tasks with Rippling.

  • We saved over $30,000 a year compared to Paycor. Not even kidding.

UKG's system is ancient and their sales staff was bordering harassment. Paylocity was a very close second for us, in the end their system was just way to similar to the "frankensteined" Paycor system, just parts bought over the decades and jammed together to create one system nobody knows how to troubleshoot.
My only pain point is that you have to go through the AI chatbot before you can get to a human. And most often that's okay and honestly quicker, but if you have a time sensitive issue or need a human ASAP it can be stressful. I will say, everything is very quick from a response timeline.

It could not be easier to use! Babies could use the system. But at the same time the system is insanely intelligent, and you can tell it was built by people actually using their brains and coming at it from the perspective of their clients. From both the admin and the employee standpoints, it is an extremely easy to use tool.
For our company, with between 250-300 employees, Rippling is the perfect partner. We've got our eye on many more process improvements that would not have been possible without Rippling. In just the first half of this year we have eliminated a huge percentage of manual work and processes. From the employee side, Rippling's mobile app is above and beyond any other competitors.
