Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
We are using SalesLoft primarily for our Inside Sales Team to prospect for business with prospective clients. We also use the tool to facilitate regular outreach to our partners to keep them appraised of our offerings and how best to team for success.
- Reporting an Analytics are very strong
- The user interface is easy to use and intuitive
- Safeguards are in place to reduce likelihood of being blocked
- The restriction of 1000 emails per day is frustrating for teams that are processing high volumes. Appropriate spacing of emails can still be attained at higher volumes
- Would like to see an integration to send LinkedIn inmail from Salesloft natively
- it is too early for us to gauge ROI
We had some challenges in configuring the tool for our specific requirements
