When we were not introduced to Salesforce, we were somehow managing with SAP CRM which allowed us to do a few tasks like lead assignment, managing partner access, service portal etc. as we have other modules of SAP but now we think marketing/sales needs more and we need visibility of leads more than what SAP CRM allow us.

In terms of overall usability, SAP Sales Cloud can initially be a hectic task to get acquainted with the platform but the dashboard is quite intuitive and easy to navigate. Although, there should be more training modules that can help new employees to get on board with the platform easily.

Using SAP CRM can help boost productivity, efficiency, and marketing strategy. Improvements are needed to make the architecture more user-friendly. Training is required, which is never easy when a new employee joins. It's not just for a single domain but for multiple threads that run simultaneously in companies.
