Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic

I am a pre-sales solution architect and helping our customers to choose the right products and solution as part of TCS consulting with appropriate demo and capabilities presentation. At the moment, we have a couple of customers who are engaged and using the ScienceLogic product. Looking forward to seeing many more customers.

  • Integrations utilities
  • Manager of the manager
  • CMDB and common service data model
  • Mobility and specifically towards mobile app launch
  • UX
  • Overall, business services transparency and visibility improved at the CIO/CEO level.
  • Less human power and effort required going forward to maintain monitoring consoles.
  • Intuitive UI made a lot of difference for IT & Business.
Not Sure - Discussion is in progress to replace BPPM with Sciencelogic.
The organization has end to end visibility towards business services > application > infra components/devices > app components. Overall, positive feedback was received from senior management. Looking forward to deploying at many more places or with our existing/new customers.
Currently, using the existing version for many of our customers and getting really good feedback/result. Planning to understand more & more and will see the possibility where the solution architect can offer new features/UI of Big Ben Release to our customers in the respective area.
Sciencelogic has powerful integration API where it has integration with ServiceNow, App dynamics and a couple of other legacy tools.

ScienceLogic as a product - discovery, monitoring, reporting, and integration interface—everything comes under a single package. This is really leading against all other products against peers.
In an organization where multiple monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Scom, Zabbix, App Dynamics, and many more legacy tools are being used, there is a high possibility to fit the ScienceLogic product to provide consolidated monitoring and business service end to end visibility console. It also helps customers to initiate remedial actions or direct integration with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
