Certainly, Sciencelogic provides a 10,000 foot overview of all the application services, segmented at business unit levels. It requires some efforts and time as the learning curve is not straightforward.
We are leveraging the product to monitor all sorts of existing and prospective infrastructure applications and services which are tied to our business growth in terms of providing effective SLAs to our clients.
We use ServiceNow for the ticketing system, and it integrates very well with this product. However, some improvements deem it necessary to improve the operational efficiency of the support teams. For example, Sciencelogic triggers ServiceNow ticket alerts when an incident occurs but doesn't close the case automatically when the incident self-heals or the issue gets resolved.
