Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
As an MSP we use ScreenConnect to remotely access our clients machines. This allows us to diagnose issues without needing to physically look at the issue which saves us time and resources.

Cons
- Quicker to re-establish a connection as sometimes it is slow
- Uninstalling automate could be easier
- Zoom feature could be better when first connecting to a machine
- We use ScreenConnect and ConnectWise Automate on almost all of our machines we manage, this provides us with a steady income stream.
- Our clients are very happy with our response times, in part due to ScreenConnect making it easy to remote on and help
We prefer ScreenConnect as it is much better for an MSP with thousands of client machines, the other options don't provide an easy way of accessing a machine quickly enough. We have also had an issue with the other software's reliability to connect. ScreenConnect's integration with ConnectWise Automate is also extremely useful for us.
