Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I remotely access employees' computers to give user support, install updates, transfer files and to do backups from anywhere in the world! It is also great to give access to employees to work from home when there is a snow storm or when an employee needs to stay home because of school closure or COVID. It is so simple to install and to work with.
Pros
- Easy to connect and work on multi screen computer.
- Transfer large files from work computer to home computer.
- Easy to give access to only the computer the user needs.
- Very fast, you won't see a difference when using business software.
- Economical solution to complex problems
Cons
- If with business access pro, computer could be replaced by phone (8 computers + 2 phones)
- Perfect for telework
- Gives remote users a more effective way to solve remote problems
- Less walking, more productive job
I think that security is important for Splashtop as much as I think it is. They use all features available to meet the most demanding users.
In a matter of minutes, you can install on several computers. In a matter of seconds, you can connect to these computers. Splashtop is a very responsive company.
