Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

It is used by accounting to work from home.
  • Access to my work desktop.
  • Easy to log on to my work computer.
  • My IT department can log on to my home computer to fix any issues.
  • It is very slow.
  • The access is delayed and it takes a long time to process.
  • It helped when I broke my leg and had to work from home.
  • It helped when I stayed at home to work during Covid.
  • It helps when I need to assist someone on my days off.
I have not had to contact Splashtop.
I feel that it is very secure access. I have not had any issues with security.
I was able to get up and running very quickly with the help of my IT person. We did not run into any problems. I can even print from my desktop to my home printer.

It is great for working from home. I can see my desktop computer and access all the programs and files that I have in the office. It is difficult to use some of the programs because it is very slow when used remotely. It would be better if they could speed up the processing time.
