When work from home became the new norm, I needed to have remote access to my computer that was in the office, and after doing some research, I decided on Splashtop Business Access Pro. Not only could I get things up and running without the help of IT, but I was also able to help a co-worker by having them install it on their computer and give me access. It's been a lifesaver.
