By allowing us to house all of our content distribution in one application it saves us time across the board when it comes to social media scheduling and analytics. It also allows for us to engage on each platform with potential and current audiences for each of our clients.

While extremely user-friendly, there are a few bells and whistles that would put it over the top. There are also a few glitches in regards to navigation between clients and accounts.
Sprout has some of the best customer support I’ve experienced. You can call or chat and problems are usually resolved fairly quickly. If a problem is not resolved, they keep you updated on how the problem solving is going
Are you on all of the major social media platforms? Sprout Social is your scheduling tool. It makes cross-platform posting simple. They give you peak times and character counts and now that they’re integrated with Canva, you hardly have to leave the application. The analytics can be as simple or as robust as you choose.
