Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
We use Sprout to create and schedule posts across our social media platforms and I've found it to be reliable, both desktop and mobile versions. The reporting functions, including comparative reports, are excellent, as is the social listening add-on, which we recently added to our plan—after a dismal experience with another company.
- Exceptional reporting capabilities
- Intuitive—I have several students who use it to create posts and the training takes five minutes
- Excellent customer service
- Great social listening tool
- I'd like the ability to post more than 10 photos in a single post
- I can confidently schedule out content for when I'm on vacation, so the work doesn't have to be done by others
- My students can create their own posts (awaiting my approval), which saves me a great deal of time
- The reporting gives us valuable information, including which posts perform the best, so we know where to invest our time
- The comparative reports let us know how our competitors are doing—valuable information when we're looking to spend more on social media
