Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

I use them to post on multiple platforms simultaneously. It makes social posts very easy to manage and plan! It is easier when everything is in one place, and any issues can be handled quickly.

Pros

  • Posting simultaneously.
  • Reporting on different profiles and their metrics.
  • Ongoing training and courses are wonderful.

Cons

  • Partnerships with unavailable platforms (Next Door).
  • I wish it had access to Next Door, so I could include those in my posts and save time.
Yes, with the reporting all in one place, we have been able to track more campaigns and their success.
It was so easy to learn and use for scheduling and planning my social content. I think it would be straightforward to increase the amount of profiles or employees using it.
The customer support is so helpful that it makes it usable. I have yet to encounter a problem that hasn't been fixed or explained.
More robust reporting and a very in-depth training, learning, and support area.

The help provided by the support and the sales team is incredible, so for someone starting out managing social accounts for a company, Sprout is the perfect place to start. As we get bigger and need more accounts, I will be curious to see if Sprout will still be great for us.
