Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
we use Sprout Social to schedule all our social media content and to reply to messages and dms, along with the scheduling tool we use the analytics function to understand the highest performance and lowest performance across content and individual tactics. In addition, we use the tool to approve content created by other members of the team.

- cost, it's really expensive for the services it provides
- ability to see linkedin and other new platforms
- compared performance from account to account (different clients)
- saving time understanding what's happening in real time
- faster to bring in interns and other support staff to free up other employee time
- stronger ROI of the value of organic to clients
yes in that we can better understand the value our organic content has to our overall strategy. it's exciting to see growth and changes of post-performance thanks to the analytics we see from Sprout Social's tools
I think Sprout Social is the most advanced of all these scheduling tools, it can handle the largest accounts and makes scheduling and responding to posts easy. it's the most expensive of these four (with meta for business free) but it's a you get what you pay for situation. I would use Meta Business Manager if my budget was limited but would use Sprout Social when the budget was there.
