Cons

Conversion from their older platform to their newer platform is non-existent. We had to rebuild our website from scratch to take advantage of new features
The blog section on the new platform uses the functionality of the old platform

Return on Investment

Our website is always up-to-date and we can be dynamic with our content
While some time commitment is required from internal resources, we haven't had to spend large amounts of money on external designers or developers leading to overall low websites costs

Usability

Most elements are really easy to use. However, someone the design settings can be found in very different locations and can be hard to find.
