Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use Talkdesk via our wholesale and customer service departments. Talkdesk is easy to use and implement. Our CS team uses this system for our automated call answering services and for warranty claims via incoming and outgoing calls. Our wholesale team uses this system to complete sales, cold calls, and marketing services.

Pros

  • The back end set up could be a little more user friendly.
  • You have to customize the settings after set up to get better call quality.
  • Pricing could be better explained.
  • Easy reporting and call logs.
  • Less interaction with spam.
  • Time saving applications.
The system itself is easy to set up and use while being able to fully train employees on the system within a day or two. The back end setup and integrations could be a little more user friendly. We usually have to contact support when trying to get the settings dialed in correctly. That being said, support has always been great and handles all our issues with ease.
Setup was easy enough and we were able to start making and taking calls within a week's time. The integrations did take us a little longer to get fully to where we wanted everything. Once it was all complete, there is minimal fuss to keep the system running smoothly and accurately.
Any time we have ever reached out to customer support they have been friendly and concise with their support. They helped us many times over the years and we greatly appreciate the quick response times and and knowledgeable staff at Talkdesk. Support team is one of the biggest reasons we continue our services with them.
Talkdesk is much better than the old phone systems we were using. We will definitely continue to use them for their great platform and customer service.

I have and will continue to recommend Talkdesk to anyone looking for simple phone services via the internet. This system integrates with our other systems making reporting and logging of calls a breeze. Customer service is always on point when we need assistance. You can not go wrong with TD and we highly recommend.
