Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We use Teamviewer as an integrated and non-integrated remote support tool for our managed and remote clients. It allows us easy and quick access to the client's computer without knowledge of remote software configuration or downloads on their side.

  • Easy setup and learning curve
  • I don't have any cons at this moment
  • It streamlines connecting to our customers and clients when there is an issue and removes barriers to remote connections and solutions.
In place remote access to existing users or clients and new one-time connections.

Always impressed with the ease of use, responsiveness and security of Teamviewer. It's one of our go to products year after year.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to customers, clients and friends for quick and amazing remote control of devices.
