Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer currently to RDP into our end users' machines and to provide assistance. This helps us see what is going on from a first hand perspective.
- View users machines.
- Log in remotely.
- Fix problems.
- Refresh rate can be slow at times.
- Interface sometimes blips or blinks.
- Helps us connect directly to end users machines.
- Cuts down need to physically be in front of a remote/distant computer.
TeamViewer works better than Webex.
