Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We use TeamViewer currently to RDP into our end users' machines and to provide assistance. This helps us see what is going on from a first hand perspective.

Pros

  • View users machines.
  • Log in remotely.
  • Fix problems.

Cons

  • Refresh rate can be slow at times.
  • Interface sometimes blips or blinks.
  • Helps us connect directly to end users machines.
  • Cuts down need to physically be in front of a remote/distant computer.
TeamViewer works better than Webex.

Yes

TeamViewer has made it much easier to remotely access end-users machines and servers that we normally would have to access physically which was costly and time consuming.
We are pleased with the security features and have used a variety of different methods to securely access remote machines.
TeamViewer is great when you want to quickly log into end users' machines.

It can be slow at times and refresh rates are not always as fast as I would like them to be.
