Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use TeamViewer currently to RDP into our end users' machines and to provide assistance. This helps us see what is going on from a first hand perspective.

Pros and Cons

View users machines.
Log in remotely.
Fix problems.

Refresh rate can be slow at times.
Interface sometimes blips or blinks.

Return on Investment

Helps us connect directly to end users machines.
Cuts down need to physically be in front of a remote/distant computer.

TeamViewer is great when you want to quickly log into end users' machines.

It can be slow at times and refresh rates are not always as fast as I would like them to be.
