Compared to other similar tools, teamviewer stands out for its simplicity of deployment, and easy management of users and devices. I can manage access centrally, there is not so much complexity for firewall releases on customers. In addition, for the end user, the installation of the application is very simple, bringing a good experience.

As it is a multiplatform software, TeamvVewer is very important in our organization because from any operating system you can remotely access another completely different system and give support to other people, for example. For our field technicians, it is interesting because they can remotely access a customer when they are on call through their tablet and have a very friendly experience and solve the customer's problem.
In our organization we work with two-factor authentication, as it is already a standard used in other systems such as access to e-mail. Today all our systems also use SSO for a better user experience and in the market Teamviewer was one of the few that provided us with this feature.
