Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

The implementation of teamviewer is fast and objective. For a first implementation, just register and with a few clicks it is possible to configure the environment and make the application available to users. For device access, the app quick version support is excellent for its simplicity for the end user to activate.
Teamviewer is very important in our organization so that N3 support can assist our field analysts in activating and/or supporting the equipment to investigate any issues that the equipment may present. In addition to the easy management of users, we use Teamviewer because of its lightness, simplicity and security that stands out from other similar products.

Compared to other similar tools, teamviewer stands out for its simplicity of deployment, and easy management of users and devices. I can manage access centrally, there is not so much complexity for firewall releases on customers. In addition, for the end user, the installation of the application is very simple, bringing a good experience.

As it is a multiplatform software, TeamvVewer is very important in our organization because from any operating system you can remotely access another completely different system and give support to other people, for example. For our field technicians, it is interesting because they can remotely access a customer when they are on call through their tablet and have a very friendly experience and solve the customer's problem.
In our organization we work with two-factor authentication, as it is already a standard used in other systems such as access to e-mail. Today all our systems also use SSO for a better user experience and in the market Teamviewer was one of the few that provided us with this feature.
TeamViewer is very suitable for technical support teams that need to help other analysts or even end users within corporations. It can also be used for meetings where you can share content with other users who are participating. Sending files to remote machines. All this safely and reliably with the client always up to date.
