Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I use normally TeamViewer to assist my customers every day. It is simple and very useful. I have many customer's folders and in every folder, I put VMs Server connection.

  • simple to install also from end user
LogMeIn is very complete software but it is very expensive.
For normal needs I prefer TeamViewer

TeamViewer helped our organization to connect to customers from remote in their office and also when users was in smart working.
We use two factor authentication for connect to the web console
In my opinion Teamviewer is very useful for managing remote server of the customers instead to establish a vpn client session. It's good for users assistant too. It is not appropriate if you need to give assistance in a productive environment where the PC move machinery like robots and where fo move it in security, the operator should approve the connection for exclude human presence near robots.
