Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

The implementation was swift. We installed TeamViewer on all our devices and purchased the small business license. We encountered technical errors, but TeamViewer's customer support swiftly resolved them. The implementation took barely a day or two while increasing the quality of our technical support for users. We've observed higher user satisfaction through surveys, all thanks to TeamViewer.
TeamViewer has proven to be an excellent solution for our business. It's useful for remote access, collaborative work, and customer support. Its easy-to-use interface and excellent business solutions give it an edge over others. We've been using it for about 3-5 years, and it has proven to be a robust remote access solution for regular users and businesses. While we faced some minor update issues last year, the resolution we got from the support team was swift and satisfactory. Regards.

Cons

  • The update Cycle of the Desktop app is sometimes unstable. We downloaded the latest TeamViewer Desktop App from the official site, and it immediately asks us to update.
  • Pricing tier for small teams can be improved.
  • Live subtitles for audio from remote device can be implemented.
  • Customer Support of our business has become more interactive with customers, leading to faster resolution of their problems.
  • Remotely accessing devices in our office allows employees to stay productive while working from home.
  • TeamViewer helps us to collaborate with other firms for projects we're doing.

We selected TeamViewer due to its unique suite of features. Comparing connection latency with other platforms, TeamViewer outperformed them while being more performant, using fewer system resources. Unlike other platforms, which keep alerts about usage plans and advertise the installation of other software (like Chrome, which is advertised by AnyDesk), TeamViewer provides a sleek and modern interface with no disruptions.

These features make it handy to protect our virtual machines and official devices from any data leaks or penetration. Security features like these help make it a commendable software for enterprise-level usage.
TeamViewer is excellent for accessing remote devices and servers. However, customer support is slightly difficult because the initial setup is a little complex for regular users. Take, for example, the AnyDesk setup; it is plug-and-play when downloading it from their site. We can connect to less tech-savvy customers without requiring them to complete the installation process.
