Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We are a small 200-people company headquartered in Germany. We have a unit in the U.S. comprising approx. 10 people. We have no specialist for U.S. HR topics, so we use TriNet for that - mainly for payroll, but also when we need U.S. HR to advise. TriNet also fills out various official forms for us (e.g. maternity disability).

- Reduce the time HR spent on the U.S. unit

- Amazingly simple when we were audited by an external auditor (we could provide all documents/reports in no time)
BambooHR is what we use Company-wide. We absolutely love it for its simplicity and user-friendliness, on that it really beats TriNet. That being said, we don't use BambooHR for payroll where TriNet seems to cover it really well and with the TriNet HR support team, we can always ask any question. WorkForce Now and Workday are totally outdated and are a real pain to use.
